Happy workshops as mini intermissions during virtual conferences, as rewards for remote-working teams hitting targets, to help companies combat staff burnout and disconnect, for colleagues celebrating birthdays, recognising new starters and leavers, for summer and Christmas themed online events and more.
We have been creating and facilitating Wellbeing Workshops and organising Health and Wellbeing Events for over fifteen years. In March 2020, we moved to an online format and began helping organisations with their staff and clients working from home.
Our interactive, experiential workshops empower participants to cultivate positive connections with each other no matter where they are in the world. Attendees use our physical and psychological techniques to boost their mental and physical wellbeing, both during the workshops and afterwards. The benefits for teams working remotely are increased morale, engagement and cohesion.
We have put together information on the following pages which will help you to understand how these workshops work for you and your clients in this new virtual world.

Number of Participants:
There is no minimum number of participants.
When the Wellbeing Workshops are hosted on our Zoom account, we can host a maximum of 99 devices.
When hosted on your client’s platform, there is no maximum number of participants.
The facilitator runs each session for the group as a whole, interacting directly with the people visible on the screen and anyone who speaks and/or comments in the chat feed. To manage larger groups, microphones are kept off during instruction and turned on for specific questions from the group.
Length of Workshops:
The workshop lengths can be adapted to your needs.
They can be spread throughout a conference as a break (5-10 minute experiential sessions between presentations for example), or delivered as a solid 20 minute or 40 minute immersive activity.
We have found 60 minutes to be too intense for people to keep their focus during an online session, but if you definitely need a 60 minute session, then we can create something bespoke which includes a mini comfort break halfway through.
At your request, we can also plan consecutive wellness activities (with breaks) for conferences and wellbeing days.
