LED Illuminated Drummers – A Visually Explosive Percussion Show

This vibrant roaming performance features a cast of five to seven LED-lit drummers who blend powerful rhythms, choreographed movement, and striking visual effects to captivate audiences of all ages.

Combining high-energy drumming, theatrical interaction, and immersive lighting, the performers move through public spaces or around audiences, constantly shifting the focal point of the show and creating a fully engaging atmosphere. The experience builds in pace and spectacle, reaching a dramatic crescendo of light, sound, and smoke that leaves a lasting impression.

Perfect for outdoor festivals, town centres, parks, and open-air venues, the show can also be adapted for indoor spaces or as part of a larger event programme.

Performances can last up to 60 minutes and be presented twice in one day. A pyrotechnic finale can be added for a heightened impact.

Each show is unique, tailored to the venue and audience for an unforgettable experience.

Technical Requirements

For large venues/stadiums:

• 3 lapel microphones

• 2 clip-on microphones

• 6 IEM packs

• 6 pairs of earphones

Site Visit and Walk-Through

A walk-through of the site is required ideally 4 hours prior to the performance. If sound amplification is needed, a 30-minute sound check will be required on-site.

Set-Up & Set-Down Times

• First show: 5 hours

• Additional shows: 2 hours

• Pack down: 60–75 minutes

Stewarding Requirements

1–2 stewards (or more depending on audience size) are required to ensure audience safety and to manage movement during the performance. This includes keeping the audience at a safe distance and guiding them during transitions.

Performance Settings

Indoor Shows
Suitable for banqueting halls, exhibition centres, hotel foyers, shopping malls, and large function rooms. The performance can be staged or roam through the audience.

• Minimum stage size: 6m x 4m

• A basic floor plan with dimensions should be provided at least one month in advance.

Street Theatre / Outdoor Events
Ideal for pedestrianised areas such as town squares, marketplaces, or parks.

• Minimum static space: 6m x 10m

• Ideal space: 10m x 10m

• Provide a site map with dimensions in advance.

Parades
Can be included in carnival-style parades but should not be positioned near other musical acts.

• Ideal parade space: 6m wide x 10m long

• The formation is flexible to suit different road widths.

Show Duration

Indoor: 5 to 30 minutes per set; up to 3 x 30 min sets per day
Outdoor: Up to 90 minutes total, divided into sets (max 45 mins per set)
Parade: Up to 2 x 45-minute walkabout segments
Break between sets: Minimum 30 minutes

Audience

The performance is suitable for all ages and international audiences. Audience size depends on venue space and viewing conditions.

Lighting Conditions

• Daytime: Costumes reflect ambient light beautifully for a vibrant effect.

• Night / Indoor: Integrated high-power LEDs are most impactful after dark or in dimly lit spaces (blackout not essential). Standard street lighting does not interfere with the performance.
