Booking entertainment with GravityLive
How do I book an act for my event?
Add any acts you like to your enquiry using the "Add to Enquiry" button, then send it over with your event details. If you would rather talk it through first, use the contact form and tell us what you are planning — you do not need to choose acts before getting in touch. We will come back with availability and a tailored quote.
What kind of entertainment can I book?
Our roster covers 182 acts across 18 categories, including circus and aerial performers, fire acts, LED and light shows, stilt walkers, living statues, dancers, musicians and singers, magicians, walkabout characters and full production shows.
Can acts be themed to match my event?
Yes. Every act on our roster is available in themed costuming and styling, and we maintain 29 event themes — from Las Vegas and Great Gatsby to winter, circus and Chinese New Year. If your theme is not listed, we can build a bespoke look around your brief.
Do you cover my area?
We supply entertainment UK-wide and internationally. Our performers travel, so you are not limited to acts based near your venue — tell us your location and we will confirm availability.
Are your acts insured?
Yes. Every act carries full public liability insurance, and we provide the documentation as standard with all bookings. Risk assessments are available for your venue where required.
Can you create something bespoke?
Yes. Alongside our roster we create custom entertainment concepts built around your brand, theme or brief, including full bespoke production shows. Get in touch with what you have in mind and we will put a concept together.
